A former medieval Manor now a transport museum. Traction engine to trucks and graders. How to build roads and railways. Lots of photos and a film showing the history of the last 100 years or so. Weekends closed November to April. Look it up on the Internet.
Very nice place! The exhibition nicely put, specially liked the photos and the movie. And free of charge, not like the Turaida castle where you have to pay and then get almost nothing
VERY clean and quiet manor dating back to the 1400s with museums . One is the autobahn construction equipment used in the 1930s thru 1960s with Russian and German vehicles. Nice cafe also. Plenty of free parking. Entry was also free. Nice place to visit off the beaten path.
