After midnight, it was agreed that the guests would need a sauna. Yes, they promised that there would be a sauna. The guests prepared to go, whoop...the door of the sauna was locked. We call, they can't answer. Why? Chlorine is poured into the water and the rooms are disinfected, there are classes tomorrow. Here is the attitude towards the guests.
