Can't speak about zoo since did not visit it, but as a place to have a quick sleep, this is great

Wish it could be more space for ducks, gooses, etc, they feel here terrible as I suppose and can judge.Could be much more care about animals, they often are wounded and need veterinary care.Otherwise place is nice, much fresh air, big bright stars at night

Great place to spend time with your family, almoat all animals are very friendly, exept pony. They can and will bite. For the kids it is amazing place.

Nice place to stay for a night with kids. Zoo open all the time. Animals like fresh grass.

We just went to visit the mini-zoo, not for the camping. It is really a mini zoo but there are all sort of animals: deers, rabbits, camel, pigs, etc.And this is pretty cheap, for an extra payment of 1€ you can have food for the animals to feed them, which is cool if you have small kids. So at the end of the day, this is a nice and quick stop on the road.

Very welcoming hosts. The campground was well kept. WC and showers were nice and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. The Zoo is brilliant and hosts some rare (for Latvia) and interesting animals and birds such as camel and emu etc.
