I wanted to share with you my unpleasant experience with guest house Bauļi.On 1/12, I made a reservation for one family for 24-26/12, to which the guest house replied that there is a family room available in the guest house, where we can stay for 45 eur per day + sauna 2 hours 20 eur and each subsequent room plus 10 eur. I agreed to make a reservation, to which I asked if a down payment is not required, I was told that no, that the entire reservation is valid. I can breathe easy that the place has been found, but today I receive a message from a stranger's profile that a down payment is required, I thought if it is necessary, then it is necessary, but I think I should ask the guest house itself, to which the guest house answers me - our prices have changed, it will be 500 euros + separate sauna. Of course, I write in shock as to why they didn't warn me themselves, but they put me in front of the facts only when I started to be interested in what the guest house didn't even apologize to me and didn't answer what kind of solution they see, because they see that they have enough other people who want it.I am really disappointed and I want to warn others so that they are not unpleasantly surprised on the day of arrivalDear ones, carefully evaluate whether you want such a rest for yourself, because the attitude is terrible!
